Review and organize manual pages
Confirm manual page types, find pages, and group related schematic and BOM content before further review.
Open the review workspace
Open a Ready manual from Uploaded Manuals. The Review Pages sidebar lists the pages in the PDF and shows the current page type, page number, and extracted title when available.
Find pages
Use the page search to find an extracted title or page number. Filter by page type to focus on diagrams, BOM pages, combined pages, contents pages, or other content.
Correct page types
Page types control which review tools are available. Use Correct page type when a page has been classified incorrectly.
Available page types
- Schematic: An exploded-view diagram.
- BOM: A separate parts table.
- Combined: A diagram and parts table on the same page.
- Contents: A contents or reference page.
- Other: Content that is not used in the schematic and BOM workflow.
Page names
Pages use their PDF page number and an extracted title when one is available. Pages without an extracted title appear as Untitled page.
Page titles cannot currently be edited in the manual review workspace. After promotion, you can edit the final Schematic Name from the schematic settings.
Bulk page actions
Select multiple pages to apply supported actions together. Available actions can include Bulk Page Updates, Apply Crop Area, Apply BOM Area, and Promote to Schematics. Review the selected pages before applying an action because page type and group structure affect the result.
