Manage multiple schematics at once

Open All schematics and select the required rows. Available bulk actions depend on your role’s edit and delete permissions.

Use search, status filters, and sorting to narrow the table before making a selection.

Choose Change Visibility, select the new visibility, review the number of selected schematics, and confirm the change.

Changing visibility does not review or validate the schematic content. Preview important schematics before making them Public.

Choose Modify Categories and select Add to Categories, Remove from Categories, or Move Between Categories.

Add keeps existing assignments and adds the selected categories. Remove deletes only the selected assignments. Move replaces the current categories with the new selection.

Choose Modify Collections and select Add to Collections, Remove from Collections, or Move Between Collections.

Collection assignment alone does not make a schematic visible in a public collection. The schematic must also be Public.

Visibility, category, collection, and deletion actions are processed as queued jobs. The selection is cleared after the request is accepted. Reload or revisit the table to confirm the final result.
