The knowledge is already there
Most companies are not starting from zero. They have manuals, diagrams, parts lists, product knowledge, and people who understand the machines. The issue is that this knowledge is often hard to use digitally.
About PartGrid
PartGrid was founded by Stefan Speelberg in the Netherlands after ten years of working in the parts industry. The idea came from seeing the same operational problem repeatedly: companies have the knowledge, diagrams, and data, but customers, dealers, and service teams still lose time turning that information into the right part, quote, or order.

Why we started
From the outside, finding a spare part can look like a small lookup problem. Inside the business, it often touches documentation, catalog quality, dealer communication, pricing, stock, ecommerce, service knowledge, and regional differences. PartGrid was started because that operational friction is exactly where better software can create value.
Most companies are not starting from zero. They have manuals, diagrams, parts lists, product knowledge, and people who understand the machines. The issue is that this knowledge is often hard to use digitally.
Catalog, ecommerce, service, sales, and dealer teams all touch the same parts information, but they often work from different tools or versions of the truth.
Manufacturers, distributors, dealers, ecommerce teams, and service teams all depend on parts information being accurate, connected, and usable at the moment of need.
How we work
PartGrid is not meant to replace every system around technical parts information. We see it as a focused software layer between existing documentation, structured part data, and the customer-facing or dealer-facing flows where parts are selected, quoted, or ordered.
We prefer to evaluate actual manuals, diagrams, and parts lists because that is where the real complexity shows up: inconsistent labels, old drawings, missing data, regional differences, and exceptions.
AI can reduce repetitive preparation work, but catalog teams still need review, correction, and publishing control. The goal is faster operations, not uncontrolled automation.
The best rollout usually connects to an existing website, dealer portal, quote process, cart flow, or support workflow. PartGrid should improve the journey around the systems already in place.
How we build
PartGrid is shaped by ten years of seeing where parts workflows slow down in practice: unclear diagrams, manual matching, disconnected catalog data, dealer questions, and support-heavy lookup.
Number detection and matching are useful when they reduce preparation time and leave room for human review. We want AI to make the workflow more practical, not more mysterious.
Companies with technical parts already depend on commerce platforms, ERP, PIM, dealer portals, quote flows, and support systems. PartGrid should connect to that reality instead of pretending it does not exist.
Our ambition is to become leading parts service software by supporting the chain from manufacturer documentation to dealer access, service lookup, quote request, cart handoff, and customer self-service.
Who we work with
PartGrid is built for teams that manage complex technical catalogs and want a clearer path from documentation to customers, dealers, or service teams that need to identify the right part.
Turn existing parts documentation into a more useful experience for customers, service teams, and dealer networks, without losing control over catalog quality.
Give customers and internal teams clearer catalog access while keeping product data, regional availability, and commercial workflows manageable.
Help buyers move from a diagram to the correct part, quote request, or cart action with less support friction and fewer manual lookup steps.
Next step
Share a manual, exploded-view diagram, or parts list and we can show where an interactive parts experience could help your customer journey, dealer workflow, or internal operation.
